Minimum system requirements to run the Photon platform in a web browser.

The Photon platform can be used in any modern browser. The minimum requirements for the major browsers is listed below.

• Microsoft Edge (v110+)

• Google Chrome (v110+)

• Firefox (v84+)

• Safari (v15+)

It is also recommended that the computer using these browsers has high speed internet access and sufficient memory to browse the internet without issue. Computers should have 8GB of memory minimum along with a modern operating system (Windows 10 or Higher, or Mac OS Ventura or higher).

To access the web application, either open this link: https://app.photon.care, click Login and enter your system name, or type your system specific url using your system name as the subdomain (ex: https://system-name.photon.care).
